Areas eligible for delivery:
As of right now we only Ship in Canada and the United States of America. This is including Alaska and Hawaii via USPS.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping (Free)- Any order over $100.00 USD. Orders will take 5-7 business days to be delivered via USPS
- Standard Shipping- Any order under $100.00 USD will be a flat rate of $7.99 USD. Orders will take 5-7 business days to be delivered via USPS
- Express Shipping- Orders will be charged a flat rate of $9.99 USD. Order will take 2-4 business days via USPS
- Standard International and Express International (CANADA)- All CANADA shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
- Standard International Shipping (Free)- Any order over $200.00 USD. Orders will take 5-7 business days to be delivered via USPS.
Processing and Shipping Times:
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders submitted after 1:00 P.M. Pacific Time will be processed the NEXT day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please expect the processing time to be prolonged at least a 1-2 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we truly appreciate your patience and support. We process all orders Monday- Saturday. Orders submitted on Sunday will be processed the follow day on (Monday).
Delayed or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost or is delayed by the carrier, please contact us at flexevewear@gmail.com with your order number. So, we may try to assist you in finding information on your package. We ask that you allow up to (14) days from your original delivery date to contact us about a possible lost package/ order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, free of marks, such as stains, make up, deodorant and scents. Flexeve Wear reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not meet our return policy Standards.
To start a return, you can contact us at flexevewear@gmail.com, providing your order number and your email address (used to make purchase). If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. *Please Note: Any item that is sent to us without requesting a return will not be accepted*
If you are unsatisfied or just change your mind on an order please still complete the steps stated above. Flexeve Wear only covers shipping for damage or defective products. If your return does not fall under this category, keep in mind, you are responsible for the costs of shipping for the return item or items.

- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *Please note: If in fact an item received is damaged or defective we will cover the shipping fees for the return. We will also send you information, via email, on the steps of returning a damaged/ defective item back to us.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Upon completion of the inspection we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. *Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable*
